I grew up in a very ethnic New Jersey neighborhood where the smells from Mom's kitchen were always wafting through the air. Early in life I developed a passion for good food and preparing it for others.
Since then I have worked in a variety of restaurants and country clubs, including a 3 year tenure as Food Services Director for a Colorado resort. However, my greatest love is personal, quality service, which led me to pursue the adventure of becoming a Personal Chef.
